Stephen,
    When you get the blank page does the URL change? In our setup 
clicking on the "i" on the right hand side opens a popup with 
information on the printer, is it possible your workstations have popups 
blocked? Clinking on the printer name or the "i" with the printer on the 
left hand side (http://"yourserver"/ipp) open a system window informing 
you that printer "xyz" isn't installed and would you like to install it. 
The most likely culprit when we see issues similar to yours is either a 
popup blocker of some sort has been installed/activated or someone 
changed something on the iPrint server (introduced a redirect, changed a 
config file, made some change to apache, etc). Hope that helps.
